Taylor Coy has been hired as the new senior director at Marcus & Millichap, where he will be responsible for securing debt and equity for clients. He will be based in Fort Worth and work closely with the Texas MMCC capital markets team and Fort Worth investment sale teams. Coy brings eight years of experience from JLL, where he focused on obtaining debt and equity for real estate owners in the DFW area. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs specializing in fixed and floating-rate real estate debt originations.
