Novare Group and Batson-Cook have a long-standing partnership, with their latest collaboration being a build-to-rent housing development in Port Wentworth. This project marks their 39th joint venture and will be situated on approximately 33 acres near State Route 21 and Interstate 95 in Savannah. The site is conveniently located next to the successful Wentworth Park Residences, which was also developed by the two companies.
The development plans include five floor plans featuring three or four-bedroom units with attached one or two-car garages. Residents can enjoy various public amenities such as an on-site clubhouse, pool, and fitness center.
The first phase of homes is expected to be completed by late summer of 2025. The project team consists of contractors ResiBuilt and Eagle Excavation while Ameris Bank serves as the lender for this well-capitalized venture alongside preferred equity provider Marble Capital, sponsored by BCDC and Novare Group.
This new BTR project highlights yet another successful collaboration between Novare Group and Batson-Cook without mentioning any specific locations such as Connect CRE or Connect LA/Texas.
