**Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI)** has appointed Matthew Sibley as Vice President. In his new role, Sibley will oversee sourcing and execution of industrial investment opportunities in Houston. His responsibilities will include identifying development opportunities, negotiating contracts, conducting site due diligence, managing entitlements, and directing project design and construction. Prior to joining HLCI, he was Associate Director of Industrial Development at Stream Realty Partners.

**VanTrust Real Estate** has welcomed Max Mueller as Senior Director of Development in its Dallas office. Mueller will lead efforts to identify and execute development and build-to-suit projects across VanTrust’s primary asset classes. He will work with municipal authorities, oversee leasing negotiations, and coordinate with project teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. His previous experience includes roles at Logistics Property Co. and Ridge Development.

**Savills** has added Charles Brewer to its Dallas-Fort Worth office as Vice Chairman. Brewer will specialize in advising industrial occupiers on tenant representation strategies. Over his career, he has handled more than 10 million square feet of transactions valued at over $660 million across North America. Before joining Savills, he served as a Senior Vice President at Stream Realty Partners.

**CanTex Capital** has acquired a 266,200-square-foot Class A industrial facility in Dallas. The property, located within the Mountain Creek Industrial Business Park on 20.77 acres, features a 34-foot clear height, 3,000 amps of power, and approximately 8,000 square feet of office space. It offers 285 parking spaces and an additional four acres of land available for outdoor storage or future development. The facility has convenient access to I-20, the George Bush Turnpike, Highway 67, and Loop 12.

**Lincoln Property Company** has expanded its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) group with the addition of four experienced professionals. Will Burchfield has been appointed Business Development Director, and he is joined by Madison Davis as Business Development Strategist, Andrew Dixon as Business Development Manager, and Joe Hartmann as Senior Business Development Manager. These hires are expected to enhance Lincoln’s ability to serve corporate occupiers through strategic advisory and client services.
