**Trademark Property Company Names New General Manager**
Trademark Property Company has appointed Noemi Gonzalez as General Manager of Market Street – The Woodlands. A mixed-use town center offering shopping, dining, entertainment, office, and hotel space, the property spans 560,000 square feet. Gonzalez, who has served as Marketing Director for the development since 2015, will now oversee its day-to-day operations.
**DLA Piper Adds Real Estate Partners in Dallas**
DLA Piper has welcomed two new partners to its Real Estate Practice in Dallas: Lewis Goss II and Warren Seay, Jr. Goss primarily represents banks and financial institutions, while Seay focuses on real estate development, including acquisition and leasing within multiple sectors such as food and beverage, multifamily, senior living, hospitality, retail, and data centers, in addition to mixed-use developments.
**Commercial Firms Merge to Form TVCRE in Fort Worth**
Ellis & Tinsley, Inc. and Vasseur Commercial Real Estate have merged to create Team & Vasseur Commercial Real Estate (TVCRE). The newly formed firm will operate from a recently renovated building located at 4420 W Vickery Blvd in West Fort Worth. Bill Ellis, founder of Ellis & Tinsley, will remain as an owner, while leadership and management will be led by Vasseur and Team to guide the company into its next phase.
**BEB Capital Appoints VP of Loan Originations**
BEB Capital has appointed Jack Schildkraut as Vice President of Loan Originations for BEB Lending, the firm’s debt financing arm. Schildkraut is tasked with expanding the platform’s reach across Texas and the Southeastern United States. He previously held positions at Atlas Invest and served as an Account Executive in Originations at Lev. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
