**SGH Opens Tampa Office**
Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH) has announced the opening of a new office in Tampa. Francesco Spagna and Brian Pailes will lead the office’s building enclosure and structural mechanics consulting practices. Spagna brings nearly 30 years of experience, having worked extensively with SGH in Boston before relocating to Tampa. His expertise spans a wide range of structures globally, with a focus on bridges and port facilities. He officially joined SGH in 2024.

**Lindsey Alexander Joins Atlantic Retail**
Lindsey Alexander has joined the West Palm Beach office of Atlantic Retail as Vice President. With over 25 years of experience, Alexander has a solid background in leasing for ground-up developments, specialty projects, value-add opportunities, and redevelopments throughout the region. She also brings expertise in consulting for new retail developments and specializes in leasing for lifestyle shopping centers, representing both REITs and private landlords.

**Legacy Place Revitalization by Trademark Property**
Trademark Property Company is spearheading a revitalization project at Legacy Place, a lifestyle center in Palm Beach Gardens. The revamped tenant lineup will include EōS Fitness, Yoga Joint, Jet Set Pilates, Cabinet IQ of Palm Beach, and Tampa General Hospital Cancer. The updated 18,000-square-foot center is set to debut in 2026.

**H Mart Coming to Tampa**
H Mart, a popular Asian grocery store chain, is planning its first location in the Tampa Bay area near Raymond James Stadium. The new store will be located near the intersection of West Hillsborough Avenue and North Dale Mabry Highway. Interior demolition plans have been submitted for a 46,000-square-foot space at the Horizon Park shopping center at 3908 W. Hillsborough Ave.

**Jacksonville Jaguars Announce Stadium Overhaul**
The Jacksonville Jaguars are moving forward with a $43 million renovation of EverBank Stadium. The project aims to modernize the venue and ensure the team’s long-term presence in Jacksonville over the next 30 years. The upgraded stadium will feature a base capacity of more than 63,000, expandable to 71,500 for college football games and even more for concert events. The design includes significant upgrades in lighting and digital technology, along with a 70% shade canopy.
