The 27,500-square-foot essential service retail center is 96% leased and located in the affluent Cinco Ranch neighborhood. This acquisition marks CenterSquare’s fifth property investment in the Houston metro area.
– **Marcus & Millichap** facilitated the sale of Ashton, a 152-unit apartment community in Saginaw, Texas. Built in 1984 and situated on nearly eight acres at 681 N. Saginaw Blvd., Ashton consists of 15 residential buildings. Units feature private patios or balconies, walk-in closets, and fireplaces. Community amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, dog park, and barbecue grilling areas.
– **Garages of America** has launched 52 new garage suites in Frisco, just off the Dallas North Tollway. Located near the original 2000 Frisco development, which sold out all 106 units, the new facility offers suites ranging from 1,500 to 2,250 square feet and is already 60% sold. The company operates additional locations in Houston, Austin, and Cypress.
