### Northwood Ravin Develops Diverse Rental Community Near Charlotte
Multifamily developer **Northwood Ravin** has introduced a versatile new rental community just outside Charlotte. The Lodges at Fort Mill, located off Fort Mill Highway east of Indian Land, features a diverse mix of 261 rental units, including 118 apartments, 80 townhomes, and 63 single-family homes.
This thoughtfully designed community offers a range of housing options, including two- and three-bedroom homes and townhomes, along with walk-up corner apartments featuring one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Northwood Ravin acquired the project site in 2021 for $8.5 million and has since been recognized as a leading developer in the Charlotte area. According to the *Charlotte Business Journal*, the company ranked No. 2 among the market’s most active commercial real estate developers based on five-year activity. Northwood Ravin has delivered just over 4 million square feet of local projects, with approximately 90% of that space dedicated to multifamily development.
