Northstar, a real estate services firm specializing in project management, development management, and advisory services, has recently announced the promotions of four individuals within their team. These promotions include Nicholas Dunn to project manager, Chris Guilmet to senior project manager, Jim Hogan to associate vice president and Andy Touchette to vice president.
With over 13 years of experience in senior-level project management and as a Shareholder in the firm, Andy Touchette brings valuable expertise in handling various projects ranging from private equity offices to life science developments. Similarly with 13+ years of experience under his belt as an expert in commercial building design and construction processes for projects like a 17-story mixed-use tower located at Kendall Square is Jim Hogan who has been promoted now as an associate vice president.
Chris Guilmet’s promotion comes after leveraging three years of design work combined with seven years working on construction sites where he oversaw MEP installation for Sanofi’s impressive research facility spanning across half-a-million square feet. Finally we have Nicholas Dunn who brings over four successful year managing diverse projects including overseeing major financial service firms’ tenant improvement space which spanned across 65 thousand square feet – he too was rewarded by being promoted up the ranks becoming Northstar’s newest Project Manager.
