Northmarq’s West Palm Beach office recently welcomed Chris Hammel as Vice President – Debt & Equity. With over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Hammel is well-positioned to provide developers, owners and investors with comprehensive financing solutions across all asset classes. He will collaborate closely with Senior Vice President – Managing Director David Gahagan to meet clients’ capital needs in the commercial and multifamily sectors.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Hammel held positions at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Walker & Dunlop, BBVA Compass and Hudson Advisors. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and an MBA with a finance concentration from Nova Southeastern University; he is also an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
