Northmarq has added Morgan Machado as VP-Producer in its Newport Beach office. In this role, Machado will arrange debt and equity financing for multifamily and commercial real estate investors nationwide using Northmarq’s correspondent life insurance lenders to provide a tailored approach to each deal.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Morgan was a commercial mortgage banker at Slatt Capital where he arranged financing for properties including but not limited too multifamily, retail hotel self-storage office and industrial projects.
