The Northmarq Carolinas Multifamily Investment Sales team successfully closed the sale of Ryder Junction, a 264-unit multifamily community located at 900 Conductor Circle in Greer, South Carolina. The property was sold for $49.25 million and financing was arranged through Northmarq’s Fannie Mae DUS platform on behalf of the borrower, The Beach Company. The loan amount totaled $31.675 million with a five-year term.
Proffitt Dixon Partners were represented by Northmarq in this transaction which took place in the Greenville submarket and was completed in 2023. Ryder Junction offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with amenities such as a clubhouse, resort-style pool, dog park and wash station, outdoor grilling areas, conference room and co-working suites, game lounge with Wi-Fi access , electric vehicle charger , modern fitness center including flex studio , covered outdoor lounge featuring fireplace along with detached garages available for rent.
The sales team from Northmarq consisted of Andrea Howard , John Currin , Allan Lynch,Caylor Mark Jeff Glenn,and Austin Jackson . Additionally,Faron Thompson Grant Harris Cabell Thomas fromNorthmarqs Carolinas Debt + Equityteam collaborated on this deal to ensure its success.
