**Northern Builders to Develop Industrial Facility in Plainfield for Pharmacy Automation Supplies**
Northern Builders, a real estate developer and general contractor, has announced plans to develop a new 30,600-square-foot build-to-suit industrial facility in Plainfield, Illinois. The project is being built for Chicago-based Pharmacy Automation Supplies, a healthcare consumables group with more than 100 years in business.
The facility will be located on approximately 4.38 acres at the corner of S. Wood Farm Road and Persons Parkway. It will include 7,000 square feet of office space and is the final development parcel within the Plainfield Business Park.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason West, Sean Henrick, and Ryan Klink represented Northern Builders in the transaction. Terry Grapenthin and Ryan Earley of Lee & Associates represented Pharmacy Automation Supplies.
“This marks a meaningful milestone. Four years ago, we broke ground on our first building at Plainfield Business Park as part of a larger public-private partnership with the Village to develop first-in-class real estate assets that would help generate tax revenue and jobs for this growing community,” said Matthias Trizna, Vice President of Development at Northern Builders. “We are thrilled to announce today that our last remaining parcel in the park will be developed for a local industry leader like Pharmacy Automation Supplies.”
The facility is expected to support continued economic growth and job creation in the region.
