**North Development Secures Record $220M in Construction Financing for Domus Brickell Center in Miami**
North Development has secured a total of $220 million in construction financing to support the development of Domus Brickell Center in Miami, marking the largest ground-up C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) construction loan in South Florida to date.
The financing package consists of approximately $180 million in C-PACE financing structured by Bayview PACE, while Core Capital contributed an additional $40 million in mortgage financing.
Domus Brickell Center will be located at 1034 SW 2nd Avenue in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The 35-story development is set to feature 579 fully finished residential units, with options ranging from studio apartments to two-bedroom residences. Designed by Studio MC + G Architecture, the project aims to deliver high-end amenities and a hospitality-style residential experience.
Amenities at Domus Brickell Center will include a rooftop pool and sky deck with cabanas and daybeds, a rooftop bar, a hot tub, and a rooftop yoga deck. Additional offerings include an indoor-outdoor gym, a resident lounge, co-working spaces, a conference room, on-call housekeeping services, a signature lounge, and an onsite lobby-level restaurant.
The financing milestone represents a significant step in delivering the highly anticipated project, aligning with the growing trend of sustainable development in one of Miami’s most dynamic urban neighborhoods.
