Norris & Stevens has successfully brokered the sale of a retail property located at 3560 W. 6th Street in The Dalles, Oregon.
The $2.29 million transaction was completed by Robert N. Magid. The property, a freestanding retail building constructed in 2007, encompasses approximately 11,335 square feet and offers excellent visibility from Interstate 84. Doug Carter of Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller, while Jessica Kaur of Knipe Realty ERA Powered represented the buyer, Northstar Market LLC.
Previously occupied by Aaron’s, the building features 19 parking spaces, a retail showroom, restrooms, break rooms, a security room, and an overhead grade door. The structure sits on nearly one acre of land, sharing access with a neighboring Home Depot, enhancing its commercial appeal.
