Hoffland, LLC has finalized the $2.05 million sale of a former veterinary clinic located at 17131 Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Michael Simmons of Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller, while Joe Kappler of Macadam Forbes, Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction.
Previously home to Lake Grove Veterinary Clinic, the property features a stand-alone building spanning approximately 6,000 square feet on a 24,524-square-foot lot near the west side of Oswego Lake. Built in 1967, the facility includes 19 off-street parking spaces, a kitchen, multiple exam rooms, and a reception area.
Situated in an industrial park zone in Clackamas County, the property benefits from a highly visible location at the intersection of SW Boones Ferry Road, which sees over 12,900 vehicles per day, and Pilkington Road. The location provides easy access to Interstate 5.
