"Norman Pointe II in Bloomington: Colliers Secures 67K-SF Lease"

Michael Gelfman and Nate Karrick of Colliers have successfully secured a 67,000-square-foot lease at Norman Pointe II in Bloomington, Minnesota. The Class A building, located at 5600 American Blvd., will now be home to Burns & McDonnell, an employee-owned engineering and architecture firm. This is one of the largest office leases in the Minneapolis market this year.

Previously located at 8201 Norman Center Dr., Burns & McDonnell has significantly increased their space with this move. Doug Fulton and Rob Youngquist from Avison Young represented them in the transaction.

Norman Pointe II is strategically situated near the I-494 and Highway 100 interchange, making it easily accessible for commuters with exposure to over 100,000 drivers per day. Built in 2007, this ten-story building offers a total of 331,447 square feet with modern amenities that make it an attractive option for tenants. With this new lease agreement by Burns & McDonnell,the property is now almost fully occupied at a rate of approximately95%.
