A seven-story mixed-use building, located at 200 Mott Street in Nolita, has recently sold for $7.6 million. The identities of the buyer and seller have not been disclosed.
Encompassing a total area of 14,000 square feet, the property features 26 apartments as well as a retail space occupied by Epistrophy Italian restaurant.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL through their team led by Hall Oster, Guthrie Garvin, Teddy Galligan Conrad Martin Braedon Gait and Bradford Burton.
This sale marks another successful deal in Nolita’s thriving real estate market.
