Nolita Mixed-Use Building for Sale at $8M

A seven-story mixed-use building located in Nolita, 200 Mott Street, has recently been sold for $7.6 million. The identity of the buyer and seller remains undisclosed.

Encompassing a total area of 14,000 square feet, the property features 26 residential units and a retail space occupied by Epistrophy Italian restaurant.

The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s team led by Hall Oster, Guthrie Garvin, Teddy Galligan, Conrad Martin,Braedon Gait and Bradford Burton.

This sale marks another successful deal in Nolita’s thriving real estate market.
