Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Noelle Perkins as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective July 1. Based at the firm’s Chicago headquarters, she will provide strategic advice and guidance to Cushman & Wakefield’s global business and operations while leading its legal function. This includes implementing governance practices for risk management across the company.
Perkins joins from Univar Solutions where she served as Senior Vice President of General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer and Secretary. Prior to that role was Chief Counsel for Oilseeds Processing segment of Archer Daniels Midland Company; Deputy General Counsel for John Bean Technologies Corporation; plus a litigation associate with Bell Boyd & Lloyd (now K&L Gates).
