"NJ Shopping Center Sells for $9 Million"

A retail center in Middlesex, NJ, spanning 69,750 square feet and anchored by a popular supermarket has recently been sold for $8.55 million. The property, located at 242 Lincoln Boulevard and home to the newly renovated SuperFresh Middlesex operated by Key Food Stores cooperative.

SuperFresh Middlesex occupies a total of 57,000 square feet with an additional 6,300 square feet of office space on the second floor and a separate liquor store measuring at 6,115-square-feet. This well-equipped property also boasts seven loading docks along with ample parking space for over two hundred vehicles.

The sale was facilitated by Marc Shein from NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co (NAIDB), while Bennett Realty & Development represented the buyer. According to Shein “SuperFresh Middlesex fills an essential gap in providing daily grocery needs for approximately2940 people within a five-mile radius.”
