NJ Residential Building RB3 Secures $150 Million Construction Financing

RB3, a new 11-story apartment building situated on the Hudson River Gold Coast in West New York, NJ has recently secured $150 million in construction financing. The funding was obtained through a five-year fixed-rate loan with The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Strategically located at 30 Avenue at Port Imperial, RB3 is an integral part of the Port Imperial master-planned community and will be the sole rental building directly facing the waterfront. Completion of this property is expected by Q4 2026 and it will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom units equipped with top-notch amenities. JLL facilitated this financing deal led by Jon Mikula, Jim Cadranell and Steven Klein along with Ryan Carroll.

Port Imperial boasts more than 7,500 apartments and townhomes available for rent or purchase as well as over 150 acres of retail space including two Marriott hotels. Additionally there are also public garages spanning over two miles along parks,sports fields,outdoor plazas,and riverfront walkway making it an ideal location to reside in.
