SJP Project Solutions, the third-party development management arm of SJP Properties, has completed the build-out of a specialized workspace for Helsinn, a global biopharmaceutical company. The 25,000 square feet office is located at SJP Properties’ 200 Wood Avenue South in Iselin, New Jersey and offers purpose-built workspaces and an array of lifestyle amenities.
The first floor office includes features such as a wellness room, conference and meeting facilities; open collaboration areas; training room; private outdoor terrace – all within walking distance from Metropark Train Station near Lincoln Highway intersection with Middlesex Turnpike & Garden State Parkway.
