NJ Logistics Park Owned by HRP Reaches Full Capacity

Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) has announced the completion of leasing at HRP Mercer Logistics Park, a 1.23 million square foot logistics hub in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. In 2018, HRP acquired the former power plant and began a remediation program to create a two-building warehouse and logistics campus with Building 1 measuring 846,000 square feet leased to Dynamic Marketing Inc. (DMI), while nearly 385,000 square foot Building 2 was leased to United Distribution Services (UDS). Both tenants are third-party logistics providers well established in northeastern markets.

Andrew Chused CIO of HRP commented on their holistic approach saying “HRP Mercer is an excellent example of how our comprehensive redevelopment process can unlock the immense potential of strategically located industrial sites.” He continued “Transforming these legacy properties into new strategic opportunities bring increased sustainability and renewed economic vitality to America’s great logistics corridors.”
JLL’s Nate Demetsky and David Knee represented HRP for all leasing efforts at this property.
