NJ In-Development Multifamily Property Sells for $6 Million

EOM has successfully sold a promising residential property located at 90 Avenue E in Bayonne, NJ to a private developer based in Hudson County for $6.13 million. The Class A multifamily project, featuring 70 units and fully approved with a 20-year PILOT, was marketed by the CBRE team led by Fahri Ozturk, Richard Gatto, and Zach McHale. They represented EOM in the transaction while Hudson Realty served as co-broker for the buyer.

According to Gatto’s statement on this achievement: “This marks our third successful closure of development sites within just one month’s time and we have potential plans to close three more before year-end. This solidifies the strong demand for development sites in Hudson County through 2023.”
