Parkland Communities Inc. has appointed Nick Patti as Director of Operations and Ian Young as Director of Development. With over 27 years in land development, Young brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Scotland and has worked on civil projects both in the U.K., including military housing projects, and here in the United States with Forestar – one of America’s largest lot developers – where he served as Regional Director for Development prior to joining Parkland Communities Inc..
Patti joins Parkland with 18 years’ worth experience across residential, commercial, industrial and heavy civil/marine markets; most recently serving at Smith Douglas Homes as their Director for Purchasing & Estimating.
