Newmark has recently announced the promotion of Nick DiPaolo to Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director for the Southwest market. In his new role, based in Los Angeles, DiPaolo will be responsible for overseeing strategic operations and performance across 11 offices and a team of nearly 500 professionals in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada.
With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, DiPaolo brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. He previously served as Market Leader for Greater Los Angeles where he successfully recruited more than a dozen top talents within the past year alone. These hires span various specialties including capital markets, office leasing, industrial properties,
life sciences facilities,and debt/structured finance.
