Texas is set to open a state-of-the-art studio and production complex in 2025. The project, led by Los Angeles-based Line 204, will be situated on a sprawling 560-acre property and is poised to become one of the largest studio lots in the nation. It boasts an impressive array of filming locations including dense forests, sandy beaches, green pastures, and a scenic stretch of the Colorado River near Bastrop.
The expansive complex will feature six studios, two sound stages, a three-story office building as well as warehouse space with mill capabilities. Additionally,it will include storage units and even its own ranch complete with longhorns for visitors to enjoy overnight stays on immersive sets.
In addition to these amenities,the film studio complex aims to provide top-notch production supplies and resources specifically tailored for the film industry such as grip equipment rentals,trucks,and more.
