Next Year Could See the Start of a Huge N. Phoenix Development

The highly anticipated Halo Vista development is set to begin in early 2025, according to its developers. Spanning over 2,300 acres in North Phoenix and adjacent to the $65 billion Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Plant, this $7 billion project has the potential to create upwards of 70,000 new jobs.

According to a report by the Phoenix Business Journal, Mack Real Estate Group and McCourt Partners are currently focusing on infrastructure for the project. They are collaborating with various City of Phoenix departments on master plans for water and transportation as well as an infrastructure reimbursement agreement for the site. The first phase will include an auto mall along with retail, office and industrial developments.

Halo Vista will be divided into two major districts: The Forge – a massive manufacturing hub spanning over 12 million square feet; and Sonoran Oasis Research & Technology Park – offering flexible technology and office space totaling at least 3.5 million square feet. Additionally, there are plans for more than half a million square feet of destination retail along Interstate-17 that will cater specifically towards supporting employers and residents within Halo Vista.

With construction potentially starting next year on this massive development in North Phoenix area , it’s clear that exciting times lie ahead!
