**Nexon Extends El Segundo Office Tenancy Through 2033 in $15M Deal**

Colliers has successfully arranged a six-and-a-half-year lease extension for BLT Enterprises at 621 Hawaii Street in El Segundo. The tenant, Nexon America—a subsidiary of Nexon, South Korea’s largest video game developer and publisher—will continue to occupy the 49,307-square-foot creative office space through 2033.

The transaction, valued at approximately $15 million, highlights both the enduring value of the asset and the landlord’s commitment to maintaining high-quality work environments for innovative companies.

“This extension, valued at approximately $15 million, is a testament to the strength of the asset and the landlord’s commitment to maintaining high-quality space,” said Steve Solomon, Senior Executive Vice President at Colliers. “Despite broader market headwinds, creative office properties like 621 Hawaii continue to attract and retain top-tier tenants.”

Solomon, along with First Vice President Kristen Bowman of Colliers, represented landlord BLT Enterprises. Nexon was represented by Greg Lovett of Cushman & Wakefield.

Once known primarily for its aerospace and defense industries, El Segundo has seen significant redevelopment in recent years. It’s now a thriving hub for media, creative, and technology firms drawn by its modern infrastructure and competitive rents compared to nearby Silicon Beach.
