NexGen Properties Acquires 134,598 SF Office Complex in Centennial, CO
NexGen Properties has acquired Corporate 25, a 134,598-square-foot, three-building, multi-tenant office complex located at 7200 South Alton Way in Centennial, Colorado. The transaction was an all-cash deal for an undisclosed price below replacement cost. The seller, Graham Street, was represented by Aaron Johnson and Jon Hendrickson of Cushman & Wakefield.
NexGen Properties has also selected Cushman & Wakefield’s team of Zach Williams, Nate Bradley, and Ryan Stout to handle leasing for the property.
Corporate 25 has recently undergone more than $3.5 million in capital improvements and is currently 90% leased to over forty tenants. Approximately 80% of the suites have been upgraded for immediate occupancy, significantly reducing tenant improvement costs during lease transitions.
On-site amenities at Corporate 25 include a fitness center with showers and lockers, multiple shared conference rooms, building storage, outdoor private decks, and rooftop patios offering mountain views.
