Cushman & Wakefield has been selected as the agency leasing services provider for this five-story, 100,000-square-foot facility located at 1206 Waterway Boulevard within the innovative 16 Tech district. This dynamic hub spans over 50 acres and is strategically situated next to Indiana University Indianapolis and Purdue University’s future campuses.
Leading Cushman & Wakefield brokers Jon Owens and Joshua Graham will spearhead leasing efforts for Waterway Labs. According to Owens, “This cutting-edge lab space will offer an ideal environment for growing companies from our research universities as well as startups and established firms.” With construction set to begin in 2024, this development is poised to become a premier destination for life sciences innovation in Indy.
