Newmark is pleased to announce the addition of Mark Fox as a Senior Managing Director in their Seattle office. With over 20 years of specialized experience in tenant representation, Fox will be a valuable asset to Newmark’s team and will help strengthen their services in the Puget Sound region. He will be working closely with Charlie Farra, Executive Vice President and Market Leader for Seattle & Bellevue.
Throughout his career, Fox has built strong relationships based on trust with some of the most reputable companies in the Pacific Northwest. From local startups to multinational corporations, he has successfully completed numerous tenant representation assignments totaling more than 4.5 million square feet.
Prior to joining Newmark, Fox held positions as Partner and Executive Vice President at Washington Partners/JLL and Flinn Ferguson Cresa. His extensive experience combined with his deep understanding of the market allows him to effectively define client objectives, customize real estate strategies, navigate complex negotiations,and position clients for optimal success.
