Jason Gendel has joined ExcessSpace, a Newmark company, as executive managing director and head of new business. In this role, Gendel will focus on identifying strategic partnerships, collaborations and growth opportunities for the organization. With over 16 years of industry experience under his belt, he previously served as the vice president of Enterprise Real Estate for Party City where he managed more than 850 locations across 10 million square feet of retail space annually.
