Newmark has welcomed two veteran producers, Rick Reeder and Brad Tecca, to its San Diego office as executive managing directors. Since forming their team in 2008, the duo have closed over $10 billion in sales representing some of the world’s most prominent institutional investors with a focus on San Diego and Las Vegas markets.
Kevin Shannon, Newmark co-head of U.S. Capital Markets expressed his enthusiasm for this new addition: “The joining of these two experienced producers is proof that our platform continues to grow steadily while attracting top talent.”
Reeder and Tecca boast an impressive portfolio which includes notable transactions such as Manchester Pacific Gateway’s $230 million sale in downtown San Diego; American Nevada Company’s 1.2 million square foot office portfolio sold for $200 million; Sorrento Towers’ sale at a price tag of $185 million; plus Carlsbad creative office portfolio valued at 135 millions dollars .
