The landlord was represented by Ariel Schuster and Tyler King of Newmark along with Rick Brickell from Joseph P. Day Realty. According to King, the revitalization of this Midtown corridor is dependent on carefully selecting a diverse mix of retailers that will contribute to the neighborhood’s character and energy. He further added that their focus is on creating an environment where both local and international brands can provide an exceptional experience for office workers, tourists as well as residents.
