Newmark Named Exclusive Leasing Agent for Martin Selig Real Estate’s 2.2M SF Seattle Portfolio
Martin Selig Real Estate (MSRE) has appointed Newmark as the exclusive leasing agent for a 2.2 million-square-foot portfolio of office and mixed-use properties located throughout downtown Seattle.
MSRE’s Director of Leasing, Michael Brixner, will continue to lead the firm’s leasing strategy while working in close collaboration with a Newmark team that includes Cavan O’Keefe, Jesse Ottele, Tim O’Keefe, and Brody O’Keefe to manage day-to-day leasing operations.
