The property was purchased by a joint venture between Sendero Capital and TPG Angelo Gordon from Wellesley/Walnut Street LLC. Spanning 67,264 square feet and fully leased to 22 tenants including Mass General Brigham and Tufts Medicine, this healthcare hub is strategically located near Newton-Wellesley Hospital and major roadways.

Represented by Newmark’s Robert Griffin, Michael Greeley, Joseph Alvarado, and Casey Valente acted as brokers for the seller while also procuring the buyer.
