Newmark recently facilitated a long-term lease for Persimmon Technologies, a leading robotics and electric motors company, at 35 Crosby Drive in Bedford, MA. This state-of-the-art facility will serve as the company’s North American headquarters and will house offices, manufacturing facilities, testing areas, and R&D labs.
The team at Newmark consisting of Richard Ruggiero,Torin Taylor,and Matthew Adams worked alongside Rory Walsh to secure this lease on behalf of the property owner,W.P.Carey. Colliers represented Persimmon Technologies in this transaction.
Strategically located near the Route 128 Tech Corridor,the facility has been transformed from light assembly and office space into a cutting-edge R&D center.It is expected to be fully operational by late 2025.This development marks another milestone for Newmark as they continue to facilitate top-notch commercial real estate deals across various industries.
