**Newmark Appoints James Renner as Senior Managing Director and Valuation & Advisory Market Leader for New England**
Newmark has announced the hiring of James Renner as Senior Managing Director and Valuation & Advisory (V&A) Market Leader for the New England region, which includes Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Renner will be based in the firm’s Boston office.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in real estate valuation, Renner offers a strong institutional perspective to his new role. He joins Newmark after serving as Vice President and lead of commercial valuations at Wells Fargo Bank’s Real Estate Valuation Services division. In that position, he was responsible for procuring and reviewing commercial appraisals in support of the bank’s loan collateral across New England.
