Seefried Industrial Properties has announced that NewAge Products has signed a lease for 168,741 square feet at 25340 South Ridgeland Avenue in Monee, Illinois.

This lease brings the 621,246-square-foot facility to full occupancy, with NewAge Products joining Reynolds Consumer Products as tenants in the modern industrial space. Cushman & Wakefield represented both parties in the lease transaction. Jason West represented NewAge Products, while Sean Henrick and Ryan Klink represented the landlord.

Strategically located near major highways such as I-57, I-80, and I-294, the facility provides convenient connectivity to the Chicago metropolitan area and the broader Midwest. It is also within 20 miles of three intermodal yards: the BNSF Intermodal Yard, the Union Pacific Global IV Intermodal Terminal, and the Canadian National Intermodal Terminal.

“This milestone highlights the strong demand for high-quality industrial space in well-connected markets like Monee, and we are proud to provide a property that drives tenant efficiency and success,” said Dave Riefe, Senior Vice President of Seefried Properties’ Midwest region.
