"New York's One World Trade Center Leases 26K-SF to ECP Signs"

ECP, an investor focused on energy transition, is expanding its presence at One World Trade Center to approximately 26,000 square feet – a significant increase from their original space of 6,000 square feet. This latest expansion comes after two previous expansions in June 2017 and January 2023 totaling over 10,000 additional square feet. These leases are part of the recent surge in activity at One World Trade Center with approximately 95,000 square feet signed since the beginning of the year. The building is now nearly fully occupied and ECP’s growth reflects the thriving business community within this iconic location in Lower Manhattan.

The Durst Organization was represented by their own Eric Engelhardt and Karen Rose as well as Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin Hal Stein Jason Greenstein and Nathan Kropp while ECP was represented by Eric Zemachson Corey Borg also from Newmark.
