Tradeweb Markets LLC, a leading operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities and money markets, has recently signed a new 15-year lease for the entire 29th and 30th floors at 245 Park Avenue in Midtown. The Class A office building spans over 1.8 million square feet and is currently undergoing redevelopment with upgrades such as a terra cotta overclad exterior, new windows, lobby renovations and elevator cab updates. Additionally, the building will feature amenities including a landscaped plaza area,a wellness center spanning over17 ,000 square feet,a high-end restaurant covering10 ,000 square feet,and an exclusive rooftop lounge.
