**Cohen & Steers, Inc.** has appointed Seth Laughlin as Senior Vice President and Head of Real Estate Strategy & Research. Laughlin previously served as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Market Research at Green Street, where he oversaw a team analyzing research coverage across the top 50 U.S. real estate markets.
**Cresa** has expanded its Northeast team with the addition of Chip Conklin and Chris Masi. Conklin joins as Principal and Masi as Senior Vice President. Both will operate from the Rutherford, NJ office and will support office clients across the Northeast corridor. Conklin arrives from Savills, while Masi previously worked at JLL.
**Reuveni Development Marketing** has named Richard Dubrow as Director of Marketing and Branding. A veteran of the industry, Dubrow is best known for his 14-year tenure at Macklowe Properties. He will oversee internal and external marketing efforts and drive Reuveni’s strategic growth in upcoming new development projects, many of which are adaptive reuse conversions.
**Postal Realty Trust, Inc.** announced that Chief Financial Officer Robert Klein will step down to accept a role with a privately held real estate firm. President Jeremy Garber will serve as interim CFO as the search for a permanent replacement is underway.
**Tracey Hyatt Bosman, CEcD**, managing director at Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Company (BLS & Co.), has been awarded the Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) credential by The Counselors of Real Estate. The prestigious credential is awarded to leading professionals who provide expert advisory on complex property and land matters. Bosman specializes in location strategy for corporate and institutional clients.
**Younkins & Schecter LLP**, a prominent women-owned law firm in Manhattan, is representing the Vanbarton Group in a major residential conversion project at 77 Water Street. Originally constructed in 1970 by the William Kaufman Organization, the 26-story, 600,000-square-foot office tower in the Financial District will be transformed into a 600-unit residential development.
**United Way of Northern New Jersey** recognized Crow Holdings at Carteret with the 2025 Industrial Impact Award during its 26th Annual Commercial Real Estate Legacy Event. The award celebrates the firm’s revitalization of a long-abandoned brownfield site near the Rahway River in Carteret, NJ, delivered in 2023 and now contributing positively to the local community.
