**Houlihan Lokey Expands Financial Services Group**
Global investment bank Houlihan Lokey, Inc. has announced the appointment of John Guzzo as Managing Director in its Financial Services Group. Based in New York, Guzzo brings more than 25 years of M&A and financial services experience. He previously served as Managing Director at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel company, where he led the Mortgage Technology & PropTech investment banking practice within the FinTech & Financial Services Group.
**BGO Strengthens Capital Raising Team**
BGO has appointed Dyice Ellis-Beckham as a Managing Director within its U.S. Capital Raising team. Based in New York, Ellis-Beckham will focus on developing new relationships with limited partners and consultants across the U.S. Midwest and Eastern regions. She previously held the position of Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital, serving on the Capital Formation Group’s Partners Advisory team.
**Cresa Adds Seasoned Principal in New York**
Aron Schreier has joined Cresa, an occupier-focused commercial real estate firm, as a Principal in the New York City office. Schreier has over 26 years of industry experience and a proven track record of representing major international financial institutions. He has negotiated more than 50 transactions encompassing hundreds of thousands of square feet across New York City.
**Syska Hennessy Group Announces Key Promotions**
International engineering firm Syska Hennessy Group has promoted four senior leaders at its New York office:
– Darren Alfano, CPA, promoted from Associate Partner to Associate Principal
– Michelle Galindez, LEED AP, promoted from Director of Marketing & Communications to Chief Marketing Officer
– Timothy Krawetz, PE, LEED AP, promoted from Senior Principal to Executive Principal
– Richard Nowak promoted from Associate Principal to Principal
**Skanska USA Announces Leadership Promotions**
Skanska USA, a global leader in development and construction, has promoted two executives within its U.S. building operations:
– Jenny Chandler Graham has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer

**RD Management Forms RD Property LLC**
Real estate investment and management firm RD Management LLC has consolidated several affiliated partnerships to create RD Property LLC. This strategic move aligns the company’s diverse holdings into a single platform to streamline operations and bolster long-term growth. RD Property LLC has also secured a $350 million term loan and revolving credit facility.
**Empire State Realty Trust Earns Top GRESB Rating**
Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. has earned the highest possible 5 Star Rating from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for the sixth year in a row. With a score of 93 and an “A” in public disclosure, the company received the highest management score among all 575 ranked companies in the Americas and secured the second highest overall score for listed companies in the region.
