– **Scott Hutchinson** and **Hana Friedman** have joined Colliers’ Capital Markets platform from CBRE. Hutchinson will be based in Boston and Friedman in New York. The pair bring close to $2 billion in hospitality transaction experience across more than 20 states. They will work as part of Colliers’ Hospitality Practice Group, led by Mark Owens, Vice Chair, supporting investment sales, debt and equity placement, and advisory services.
– **Corley Audorff** and **Josh Williams** have been named Directors at Greystone. Based in Atlanta, they will focus on originating loans for multifamily and seniors housing/healthcare assets. They report to Field Springer, COO of Greystone’s FHA Lending platform.

– **Jake Rosen** has joined Katz & Associates’ New York City office as an Associate. He will be involved in both landlord and tenant representation across the NYC metro and Long Island and currently represents about 15,000 square feet in exclusive listings.
– **Saluda Grade**, an alternative investment firm focused on residential real estate, has acquired **Hillcrest Finance**, a minority- and women-owned investment firm specializing in commercial real estate. This follows the firm’s acquisition of a passive minority stake in Hillcrest one year ago.
