**Veris Residential Appoints New Board Member**
Multifamily REIT Veris Residential, Inc. has appointed Christopher Papa, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CenterPoint Properties, to its board of directors. Papa brings over 30 years of experience in real estate, accounting, and corporate finance. The company also announced the departure of Ronald M. Dickerman, President and Founder of Madison International Realty, who has stepped down from the board after two years of service.
**CRED iQ Welcomes MarySue Lundy as Director of Sales**
CRED iQ, a data and analytics platform specializing in commercial real estate finance, has named MarySue Lundy as its new Director of Sales. Lundy brings a wealth of experience in CRE finance, most recently serving as Senior Sales Executive at CoStar.
**Andrew Kurd Joins The Davis Companies**
The Davis Companies has appointed Andrew Kurd as Managing Director to lead its New York City office. Kurd, a veteran of the real estate investment and banking sectors in the Greater New York market, will also serve on the firm’s investment committee. He was previously Co-Chief Investment Officer at Savanna.
**David Wright Named Managing Director at North Bridge ESG**
David Wright has joined North Bridge ESG LLC, a provider of real estate credit solutions, as Managing Director. Wright previously held a key position at J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s real estate investment group. At North Bridge, he will focus on expanding the firm’s commercial real estate financing capabilities and supporting long-term platform growth.
**Sustainable Real Estate Forum Held at Rockefeller Center**
Industry leaders gathered at 30 Rockefeller Center for the Sustainable Real Estate Forum, a flagship event of New York Energy Week 2025. Hosted by Peter Panayi, Head of Global Go-To-Market at BuildingMinds, the event featured keynote speeches from Brookfield and a panel titled “Data-driven Decarbonization: Unlocking Value Across Real Estate & Infrastructure.” The panel was moderated by Nikki Greenberg, an award-winning keynote speaker. Attendees included representatives from Tishman Speyer, Schindler, GRESB, and EQT Real Estate.
