Watt Plaza, located in the bustling Century City neighborhood, has recently secured a 10-year lease agreement with Esquire Bank. The commercial bank, specializing in serving the legal industry and small businesses, will occupy a prime ground-floor space spanning 3,800 square feet at the intersection of Century Park East and Constellation Boulevard. This marks Esquire Bank’s first foray into the West Coast market and is set to open its doors in early 2025.
In line with their expansion plans announced earlier this year, Esquire Bank aims to establish a presence in Southern California to better serve their existing clients and tap into new opportunities on the West Coast. “We are confident that our partnership with Watt Plaza will allow us to build strong relationships and make a significant impact in this crucial region,” stated Andrew C.
