"New Women-Owned Hearing Loss Practice Opening in MD"

Audiology Associates, Inc., a medical practice owned by women and specializing in hearing health, is expanding within the Carney Village Shopping Center in Parkville, Maryland. With 25 years as a co-tenant under their belt, they have recently signed a lease for 1,486 square feet of dedicated space and are set to open their doors in early summer.

Co-owned by Drs. Melissa Segev and Briana Bruno Holtan, the practice offers diagnostic services and personalized treatment plans for various ear-related issues including hearing loss. The facility at 9613 Harford Road is expected to house nearly ten medical professionals along with support staff. Dominique Threatt from Commercial for CRC acted as the landlord’s representative during this lease transaction.

According to Drs. Segev and Bruno Holtan: “We have been present at Carney Village since 1999 with an ever-growing patient base thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied clients as well as referrals from local healthcare providers who trust our expertise.” This larger location will provide them with ample space needed to cater effectively towards the community’s needs.
