"New Uptown Dallas High-Rise Collaboration: Kaizen and KERA Join Forces"

Kaizen Development Partners has announced plans to purchase 2.4 acres of land from non-profit broadcaster KERA for the development of a mixed-use high-rise project in Uptown Dallas. The project, set to break ground at the end of 2024 and open in 2027, will include residential and commercial towers as well as a new broadcast headquarters for KERA.

The partnership between Kaizen and KERA will result in a community-centric development that combines residential living with Class AA office space. Kaizen will oversee the entire site’s development, including their own towers on the southern end and KERA’s new building on the northern end.

In addition to these buildings, there are also plans for a separate residential tower with approximately 20,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space. This section is expected to be completed by 2027.

To accommodate construction timelines, KERA will temporarily relocate from its current location before breaking ground in late-2024.
