The sublease is located on the second floor of 920 Winter St., within the prestigious Reservoir Woods office park. This new U.S. headquarters spans over 20,000 square feet and marks a significant increase from eShare’s current office space of only 4,000 square feet.
The team at Avison Young’s Boston office expertly represented eShare in this transaction while Newmark acted as the representative for Fresenius Medical Care – the sublandlord.
According to Kirk Weller of Avison Young: “Our primary objective was to secure Class A office space in Waltham with favorable terms.” He further added that they were able to achieve this goal by securing fully furnished and wired offices at 920 Winter St., which provides an ideal environment for supporting eShare’s growth and success.
eShare’s new headquarters will feature private offices, meeting rooms of various sizes, multiple kitchens and training rooms along with collaborative spaces and open areas equipped with modern sit-stand workstations.
